Internship
Internships offer practical experience for a defined period and set of responsibilities. Each posting specifies the supervisor, learning goals, tasks and pay arrangements. Any transition to permanent employment is subject to the terms stated in the job posting.
Technical training
Technical training covers the skills and procedures needed for specific work. We publish the content, duration, supervision, required qualifications and pay arrangements only for confirmed programs.

Responsibilities and supervision
We confirm each person has the required qualifications and authority before assigning tasks they can carry out independently. We set the level of supervision and review according to the difficulty and risk of the work.
