Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of calamophyton.com (the “Site”), operated by Calamophyton Industries (“Calamophyton,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Access to our platforms and services is governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls.

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a commitment to provide any product or service, or professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

Screens, diagrams, animations and scenarios may be illustrative and do not necessarily depict a customer deployment, live operations or validated performance. Product descriptions, features and availability may change without notice.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, or investment advice. Do not rely on Site content for investment decisions. Be alert to investment or fundraising scams that misuse our name; see Fraud and impersonation notice.

HARBINGER, PÓLYA and RAIFFA are decision-support software. Site content, demos, analyses, comparisons and any machine-generated or model-assisted outputs are provided for information and evaluation only. They may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, and they do not replace human judgment, approval or professional advice.

The Site does not issue commands to any operational system. Decisions remain with the customer and its authorized personnel. You should independently review material facts before relying on any output. Actual availability and scope, including EOS, are confirmed and agreed separately.

We currently accept inquiries by email only, at demo@calamophyton.com. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a reply does not create a contract, confirm a demo, or commit us to any price or schedule.

Unless a separate written agreement between you and Calamophyton provides otherwise, information and materials you send us, including inquiries, proposals and feedback, are treated as non-confidential.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks and software, are owned by Calamophyton or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may view and share Site content for your internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission, or use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

You may not use Calamophyton’s name, logos, product names, marks, or any confusingly similar name, logo, domain, subdomain, email address, social handle or profile in a way that is likely to cause confusion about source, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement, or to register or traffic in such names or domains. Materials and open-source components provided under a separate license are governed by that license.

You agree not to:

• Access systems, accounts or data without authorization, or circumvent security or access controls
• Interfere with the Site through malware, denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests
• Impersonate Calamophyton Industries, its personnel or its representatives, or falsely state or imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authority to act for Calamophyton Industries, including by using our name, logos, product names or email domains in communications, profiles, listings or offers we did not issue
• Use our name, logos, product names, marks or any confusingly similar domain, subdomain, email address or social identity in a manner likely to confuse others about affiliation or authenticity
• Upload or transmit content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law
• Use the Site to obtain or transfer material in violation of export controls or sanctions

Calamophyton Industries does not request payment, passwords, seed phrases, wallet keys or personal financial information through unsolicited messages, and does not charge fees for employment applications, interviews or offers. Official communications from us use addresses ending in @calamophyton.com. We do not authorize third parties to solicit money or credentials in our name.

If you receive a message, job contact, investment pitch or payment request that claims to be from Calamophyton and seems suspicious, do not respond, do not click unfamiliar links, and report it to security@calamophyton.com. You may also verify contacts listed on this Site.

If you become aware of any intent, plan, or activity to harm Calamophyton Industries, its personnel, systems, customers, or partners, including physical threats, insider misuse, sabotage, unauthorized access, or attempts to obtain sensitive information, we ask that you report it to us promptly at security@calamophyton.com. Reports may be made confidentially. We will make every reasonable effort to protect the identity and safety of anyone who reports in good faith, and we will not take adverse action against a person for a good-faith report. If there is an immediate danger to life or safety, contact local law enforcement first.

Do not send confidential, classified, export-controlled or other restricted information, non-public customer data, passwords or credentials through email. Unless we have a separate written agreement, information you send us is not treated as confidential, and no confidentiality obligation arises from an unsolicited submission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without obligation to you. Submitting material does not transfer ownership of it to us.

You may not use or export materials from the Site in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws in connection with the Site. Nothing on the Site grants an export, re-export or transfer authorization, and nothing on the Site represents that we hold any particular license, government authorization or certification.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@calamophyton.com with a short description and the affected URL. Do not include customer data or credentials. A reporting channel is not authorization to perform penetration or load testing, access accounts or collect data. No reward or fixed response time is promised unless separately published.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALAMOPHYTON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Korean versions, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
