HARBINGER Platform Guide

Trace evidence and change. Analyze impact.

01 / READING

Finds and verifies evidence.

HARBINGER finds and verifies evidence: it checks each report against its source and timing, merges what comes from the same origin, and flags unsourced claims and gaps. It does not judge.

It identifies changes in observations and reports and connects related subjects, sources, and times to investigate possible impact.

02 / READING

Trace the evidence and impact of change.

Find records in documents and data that describe the same asset, person, organization, or event, then compare source and time.

Relate changed records to connected subjects and earlier analyses so readers know which source and assumption needs another look.

Subject
The person, asset, organization, or event described
Evidence
The source material that supports the record
Change
A difference between earlier and current records that needs review

Evidence and unresolved questions

Related records alone do not establish cause or impact. Conflicting records, assumptions and missing material are retained as items for further investigation.
